Nick Gross is a leading Los Angeles entrepreneur, musician, and philanthropist. As a drummer, he formed alternative rock band Open Air Stereo and gained worldwide recognition as a feature on MTV’s first non-scripted reality series “MTV Laguna Beach.” Soon after, he signed to Sony Epic Records and launched STRZ Enterprises alongside writing partner and engineer Mike Riley (Calvin Harris, Kanye West, Big Sean), with a goal to produce music for emerging artists, which quickly included work with Zendaya Coleman, Wiz Khalifa, and Ariana Grande. Nick quickly set out with a plan to incubate and establish internal artists that could benefit from his growing network of brand relationships and strategic early stage companies. He applied the same skills and strategies of talent development to these outside brands and upstart businesses. More recently, the launch of the Find Your Grind Foundation brings an incredible creative network of celebrities, action sports athletes, and music icons that help to excel STRZ partnerships and giving efforts. FYG supports underserved youth within the music, entertainment and sports industries. Nick’s vision has always been to establish a symbiotic creative entertainment ecosystem between music, brands, technology, and philanthropy. These are the synergies and partnerships that define the future of our media and entertainment business.
